AOM Fitness & Yoga Owner & Instructor Annette O. McGrath is an experienced trainer and coach with 10+ years experience.

*Registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance (RYT-500, E-RYT 200, YACEP)

*Certified in: Pilates mat, Bellydance fitness, Personal training,  Ayurveda & Holistic Nutrition.

*Completed the Bronze syllabi in the DVIDA Ballroom Dance Teachers' Academy.

In her group yoga classes, Annette always put safety first and explained all poses to the class. There was never any judgment from her.

As a personal trainer, Annette came to my home with her equipment in tow. Again, safety was first. Having had a knee replacement, I am not able to do all exercises but Annette always found modifications for me. She was available outside of our sessions in case I had questions with my workouts.

Working Out at Home

"I was in a car accident that didn't cause any 'visible' injuries. However, I could feel a difference, mobility wise, in my hips that told me otherwise.

I've worked with chiropractors, physical therapists, etc and the pain/imbalance always returns.
